Shipping &
Delivery
Information

  • Most small items will be delivered by SF Express, and the delivery time is usually 2-7 working days (depending on the region).  Most orders can be delivered within 2-4 working days. Customers can use the tracking number we provide to track the order status on the SF Express website.

  • After receiving the order and confirming the payment, the order will generally be shipped within 3 working days. The delivery time is 2-5 working days.

  • Local delivery: Delivery within 3 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • Overseas shipment: Shipment will be made within 7 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • If we are unable to ship the item on the original date, we will immediately notify the customer of the new shipping date. If the change is unacceptable to the customer, the order can be cancelled and a full refund will be given.

  • Free delivery in Hong Kong, no minimum spending requirement.

  • Shipping fee to Macau is $20, free shipping for orders of two boxes or more.
